Our Founder
Lucas Miller founded TTG in 2019 and brings over 15 years of organizational transformation, change management, and HR experience. His passion is to see people and organizations thrive in the midst of accelerating change and is known for facilitating “ah-ha” moments with his clients. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader with HRPA. Prior to TTG, Lucas held several roles at General Electric, most recently being responsible for global performance management redesign impacting over 200,000 employees.
Originally from British Columbia, Lucas now lives in Mississauga Ontario with his wife and two children.
