History
TTG began in a research team embedded within General Electric's Crotonville organization. Our founder, Lucas Miller, was interviewing dozens of HR executives on their cultural practices and heard the same theme from almost every leader:
"What used to work for us doesn’t work for us anymore"
This instilled a passion to find a better way to run businesses and people-focused-functions in the context of the digital age.

In 2019, he founded TTG with a vision to instill transformational practices within organizations that benefits shareholders, employees, and communities .
